I worked at Double Helix Developement for less than a year

    Pros

Good boss. Very reasonable and always willing to help out. Casual dress code and flexible working hours. Overall a very positive experience working there.

    Cons

More support is needed in terms of admin, personnel and responsiveness from the top. Small local team means that it is difficult to transition if anyone leaves.

    Advice to Management

Play a more active role in supporting overseas branches.
