Terrible company with few positives

Pros

Remote work and work/life balance

Cons

Unqualified upper management, terrible pay, vacation, benefits, company culture. Everything is at bare minimum This company also will not invest in your growth and career. It may have been a family tight-knit company in the past but it’s not that now. Very cold, heartless and corporate.

Pros

Under market salary, low benefits, low morale. Can’t survive if no it on boys (or viper’s club).

Cons

Micromanagement up to the very last thing you can imagine.

Elderly systems that need a revamp.
