      Interesting Company - Bad Culture

      Cool product & company, innovative, good salary and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible culture (if you are not clacking away on the keyboard until 7pm you are not being "efficient" - maybe this has changed since COVID-19 though, leadership doesn't know what they want or what their goals are.

      Pros

      Very fun work. Events are exciting. Working with drones is amazing. Great to be part of a new sport.

      Cons

      Culture is not good. Egos in management make it hard to develop. CEO is distant from his few employees. Pay is low for similar roles. No growth opportunities. Recent layoffs with 2 weeks severance to 70%+ the company. No additional holiday/PTO pay. I would stay away until the company grows enough to dilute current management.
