DON'T DO IT!

Pros

You learn sales - that's it

Cons

All of these positive reviews are 100% fake. Don't waste your time here. You will end up quitting within a month. I worked here for a while and saw so many people come and leave - about 1/15 will stay more than a month. They'll make it seem like there is so much potential for opportunity here to grow as a professional. In reality the average person makes about 350 bucks a week (if they're lucky) the CEO shared that tid bit with us. The "top" sales reps here are sketchy and do sketchy things to get the sales. In reality they at most make about 30k a year when you can find a way better entry level position and make 40k+.

Sketchy company

Pros

There are no pros. Company lies and tries to build their teams. This is 100% commission. A lot of them will say it's hourly plus commission on top. Also, you don't get paid weekly. You'll be waiting 3 months to get paid.

Cons

Sketchy company, sketchy payment, very sketchy people

Unfortunately it seems that you were misinformed about our payment structure. All of our employees are paid on-time and on a weekly basis. We also provide pay for the initial training period.

Drama! Drama! Drama!

Pros

There is room to grow, but it is over-stated. You have to commit to the business for years, while earning commission in an over saturated market. There are leadership sessions and attempts at one-on-one coaching but the coaches themselves aren't very well informed.

Cons

Real growth is very slow, the turn-over is high, the coaches are relatively uninformed, the managers are worse.

It is true that growth takes time. You will find it necessary to commit to any position/company if you want to achieve professional growth. Our growth opportunity may seem over-stated to anyone looking for an easy career boost. Our coaches and mentors have earned their roles through hard work and commitment. These leaders are required to take on a variety of roles before they are promoted, meaning they are more than well-informed.
