      Pros

      The freedom you have to manage your own schedule / day. The continued support from office staff as an when needed to help make day to day work life run smoothly Great incentives & bonus scheme along with annual pay reviews Very good wellbeing program and support Would be here all day if i had to list all the great things, all round great company to work for ( great bay ).

      Cons

      No real cons for me, it’s hard to find things to be disappointed about.

      Pros

      Prioritise wellbeing and work life balance. Really supportive working environment with managers that care about your career goals. Colleagues are all welcoming and willing to help with anything.
