      Good starter job, not a place for progression

      It was a good place to learn the basics, some of the team were very welcoming and friendly

      Cons

      Sometimes made to feel stupid having to ask questions about tasks, was made to train other employees when that was not my role or job, clients could sometimes be overwhelming and there was little/no support with that

      Good people amongst the chaos Made some good contacts in the industry Genuine people trying to do a good job despite poor senior leaders

      Cons

      Senior leaders in SEO have no idea how to manage people CEO trusts people who are clearly running the business into the ground No benefits and very poor pay and no chance of promotion Long hours and you will be expected to work late often Bullying is rife from management
