      Pros

      The GM's are decent enough and some of the co-workers are friends.

      Cons

      Low pay for the kind of work you're doing, You're promised regular raises, but after the initial 3 month raise you wont get another even if you get a promotion you have to jump through hoops to get another.

      Company needs to be updated and stream lined. Better care of company vehicles,and computer system needs to be updated to run more efficiently.
