I'd give a minus 100 star if the rating can go down to negative.
This is absolutely the worst company i've ever worked at.
The management is an absolute nightmare. Some (senior) managers are over-confident about their miserable professional skills. They don't promote people with good skills and only promote people like them (who also have miserable skills). People with good skills get disappointed and left the company, no wonder there's lots of staff turnover.
The salary is also not competitive at all. Bonus is poor too.
No development opportunities at all - you will never get promoted because of good professional skills
Managers don't value people who have good skills, don't understand and respect the fact that people may have different life styles (they are very anti hybrid working even if your job role doesn't require you to be on site), they don't want to be challenged and never listen to your advice (well they may listen to the advice from those people they like
