      Growing business, busy workload, good coworkers, decent compensation

      Cons

      The owner is somewhat of a madman, and is keen to behave as if he's got a chip on his shoulder. Any criticism or dissenting opinions warrant retaliation, and it seems management is afraid of him. If you ever find yourself at odds with him or on the outside, you will be socially ousted or threatened with litigation.
