      Great Company, Lower Industry Pay (Ed Martin Toyota)

      Pros

      - Set schedule (great work/life balance) - Sunday’s off & sometimes weekends (usually work one-two Saturday’s a month) - Weekly Pay - Clean workplace - Hour lunch break - Close to 50% off parts and labor for vehicle work on your car - Diverse (kinda) - Have your own office/desk - Most holidays off (and paid) - regular insurance benefits

      Cons

      - Low pay - Racist sales management (mostly the GM of Ed Martin Toyota.. he denied customers based off their personal criminal history or drivers records or the way they looked. Also he promotes his political views online and in person… allows jokes about immigrants or people of color) - Communication (didn’t inform employees on meetings about benefits… they just post a paper.. don’t explain it or let you know until it’s already started) - Allows or requires employees to work while sick (even during Covid) - No growth opportunities unless your in Sales or a service technician
