Pros
No pros, They expect you to work by yourself with no help and do all the work, while everyone else's team gets more and more people, and they ask you to work for the other team while you have to do your own work. Always came in early and always left late. Much be hard to be them if they have a hard worker with a past, who didn't cause any trouble, just out worked everybody and was always smiling, happy and motivated others.
Cons
Horrible work conditions, gossipy, and unprofessional, my boss never helped me out when I needed it, the training was terrible, they expect you to get it the first day. When you ask for help, they say, "why do you need help? "you're such a hard worker you can do by yourself and get it done. Which I did every time, no complaints out of me. I asked for help they never got me any. I asked if I could get my background check and they got really passionate about my question, and the next thing I know they googled my name that night and come the next morning I get a phone call saying "hey we don't want you coming into work on the line. "I said stop lying to me and tell me the truth" (that's another thing, they'll just lie to you and make broken promises) and they said Well, I googled your name last night and found out you're a felon and we can't have your kind here. Also, tried to get me to not use my sick time that accumulated.
