Pros

There's a four day work week.

Cons

If you choose to work at this organization, you will quickly experience deeply concerning practices from the extremely codependent and insecure CEO and COO. Organizations need to be lead by individuals with relevant knowledge and competencies, and at least some degree of common sense and decency. Sadly, this is not the case at the Educated Choices Program and it shows.

We take feedback seriously and are committed to transparency and continuous improvement. After reviewing this post, we are unable to identify an experience within our organization that aligns with employment records or the details and circumstances described. We conduct an annual employee survey that includes the option to provide anonymous feedback, and the results consistently reflect strong engagement and satisfaction. We also prioritize employee well-being and open communication within a small, mission-driven organization. We encourage anyone with genuine concerns about working with us to reach out directly so we can better understand their perspective and address it constructively. We remain focused on fostering a respectful workplace and welcome feedback to help us continue improving.

I honestly can’t think of a con. I appreciate how we navigate challenges with creative problem-solving, and I see these moments as opportunities for growth, including occasional restructuring when needed.
