Pros
Work experience in various fields taught me to quickly adapt to new working conditions, and also developed existing skills, such as multitasking and the ability to find a common language with any person (even if this person is from another country, having a completely different culture), quick learnability of new types of activities for me (advertising development programs), as well as the competent distribution of tasks between employees for the fastest completion of the task.
Cons
Unfortunately, the company had to cut some employees, this is a minus.
