Cons
Simply the worst. They spend a lot of time in meetings, 7 am twice a week. They treat you like you are in kindergarten. Passing out little notes of accomplishments like the gold stars. Spending money on taking you out to play video games a few times and thinking this makes a happy place. All while managment goes around the world bring back stories about how great it is to work at ECD. If you like emotional children being in charge of a company, this is the place for you. The employees are okay and my manager in the back area is a decent guy, but run if you have to work in the front office. Living hell.
