Happy customers, great solutions
May 1, 2023 - Senior Sales Executive in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Elevate offers a comprehensive range of software and services relevant to customers. When I meet with a customer, they generally have a need that Elevate serves. Our people are experts, tech-savvy, and service-oriented, so when customers work with our teams once, they typically come back to work with our solutions for other projects.
Cons
Sometimes our solutions require collaboration across multiple geographies or departments (what we call business units), which requires that I am the relationship glue to ensure the customer gets what they want.

Pros
People are great to work with.
Cons
- No 401K match - No guarantee that there will be raises to keep up with inflation - Advancement opportunities are not merit based but job opening based.
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Had an opportunity to work with some great individuals and learnt a lot. But the systems and processes were not as streamlined, also lacked focus from management.
Cons
More operations focus, focus around improving employee engagement and bring more diversity.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
you can work from home
Cons
Management is awful and unwilling to listen to suggestions to make it a better place. They laid off a bunch of people due to "cost reduction" 3 days after Christmas. They didn't give them any notice, very minimal compensationpackage, and refused to pay out vacation or sick time. My friends lost a lot of time that was earned. No 401K match No bonus or incentives Their idea of employee recognition is nothing more than a popularity contest. Too many people were being recognized so management had to come up with a ridiculous list of criteria. 1 raise in 3 years and it was only 3%. People team/HR is extremely slow to respond, and they're not helpful to lodge a complaint. You're better off just keeping your mouth shut or you'll become the next target. Don't even get me started on nepotism, it's everywhere in this company. If you decide to work here, learn who the favorites are right away and never cross them. Especially the favorite managers that can do no wrong. All the Ceo is worried about is being able to take the company public. Their financial goals are so unrealistic... hence the big lay off. And they beg their employees to fill out the survey as one of the best companies to work for.

Must be willing to be glued to your computer 12hrs/day.
Dec 28, 2022 - Junior Counsel in Los Angeles, CARecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Remote work and internet stipend.
Cons
Forced workers to sign new contracts for "voluntary" payouts during the start of the pandemic and kept pushing back when salary would be made whole. Meanwhile they forced more hours onto remaining attorneys and hired less experienced attorneys at higher pay rates. When I quit for mental sanity, I was reminded I can't get get recommendations from anyone there.
