-I am blown away by the positive culture and comradery offered to Comma's team members. At Comma, you won't find egos. Instead, writers savor supportive collaboration with genuine people. -Comma offers a ton of flexibility! I love that I can work when I choose, wear what I want to work (remote work perk), and take on a workload that suits my needs. Comma sends writers a monthly capacity survey to gauge how much work we would like to take on in the future and see how our current projects are going. -Comma doesn't work with jerks. Comma's leaders are very selective with the clients they choose to have our team work with. Because of this, I've been so fortunate to work with respectful and responsive clients. -I love the perks! Comma team members enjoy on-time bonuses, monthly professional development with amazing guest speakers, a book club, an annual Comma retreat, and holiday gifts--just to name a few.
Cons
-Because we work with such interesting, talented writers, I'm sad sometimes that we don't get to work together in person. But the remote nature of Comma makes it so fun to work with writers from all over the country! We represent over 20 states now!
