Lots of career opportunity, and good pay. Honestly, I have, with the right attitude, progressed well through the company structure and have had the chance to change career path too. Facilities are improving all the time, we have things like a pool table, table football and about 4 consoles to use in a pretty decent canteen!

The culture there still needs improvement, managing a mammoth lab with literally hundreds of employees is no easy task unfortunately this challange can induce a negative vibe leaving the employee feeling undervalued or mistreated.

The people were some of the most hard working people I have ever come across, working minimum wage to do back breaking work while still remaining in high spirits.

The company skimps on everything, workers are under paid, the computer system is from 1983, 4 or 5 people are employed to do the job of 15, requiring them to do time-saving but dangerous actions like dead lifting 50kg+ washing machines because there's no other workers to help.
