Pros

Pay check. There are a few nice people that work there. Learned some skills to help with the next position.

Cons

There is a clear bias and discrimination from the management. They will work you like a slave & will not pay you! They are more interested in creating conflicts, monitoring people for evey minute they spend. Everyone is under great stress. Please save yourself the trouble and don't work here!

Pros

Work and colleagues were amazing.

Cons

This job takes a lot out of you. Hours are insanely long, so forget about the life outside of work. Tasks keep piling up, and you are always trying to catch up. Before long, you are exhausted most of the time. When you need help, management is usually nowhere to be found. Upper management makes things even harder by treating people differently. What got frustrating was seeing the same issues over and over again. People talked about them, but nothing really changed. Employees were asked to do more, but there was very little appreciation for the extra effort. Over time, people stopped caring as much because they knew it would not make a difference. You could see good employees checking out long before they actually left. It was hard to stay motivated in that kind of environment. They say they work in an unstructured way but, it's chaos and messy. Workplace is also unprofessional and unfair. Some employees get better treatment while others are ignored. That caused a lot of frustration and made teamwork harder. As more people left, the work landed on whoever was still around. The pressure kept growing, and nobody seemed interested in fixing it. It is no surprise that so many people ended up exhausted and ready to move on.
