      - The pay is good, and customers regularly tip 20% - Team service - My coworkers are a large part of why I stayed as long as I did.

      Cons

      - Managers aren't always transparent about guest complaints, so you don't know how to improve your service - 2 to 3 table sections - Says that gossip isn't tolerated, but management plays a part in spreading rumors about team members. - Favoritism for specific servers

      - Very structured environment, no grey areas - Tight-knit family with supportive managers

      Cons

      - Sidework, silverware, and table duties are extreme but is how the company stays consistent and clean - Training is 8 courses long with tests and 2 final mockwaits
