      The money can be great however, you need to be on the favorites list within the managerial staff.

      Cons

      Loads of favoritism. Rude and highly immature management style. Passive aggressive behaviors. Zero support. Zero resolution. High expectations are held by managers that are unwilling to follow suit within their own roles. Discrimination. Agism.

      - Very structured environment, no grey areas - Tight-knit family with supportive managers

      Cons

      - Sidework, silverware, and table duties are extreme but is how the company stays consistent and clean - Training is 8 courses long with tests and 2 final mockwaits
