Hello, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you feel this way and that expectations were not aligned. Our 15below Graduate Journey is a 12 month structured programme which develops Computer Science and Software Engineering Graduates by embedding them in different teams within the company. The first 6 months are always spent learning about our complex software platform, products, customers and tech-stack, before the graduates move on to their collaborative Graduate Project and join their software delivery teams. It is at this stage that focus moves to developing their technical skills, such as coding. It looks like you might have left just shy of this 6 month mark and we are sorry that this has impacted your experience and opinion of 15below. We hope that you have gone on to find the perfect role.
