With the US being a very new division of the company, and the company itself only being a few years old, there's a lot of opportunity if you're looking to contribute your influence to having healthy practices and a culture that you'd like to be a part of for years. Few processes are set in stone and you have the chance to bring what you've seen work in other companies here and really have it appreciated and see it make an impact.

If you're looking to have your hand held and have your job already figured out for you, this might not be the best experience for you. Everything is still new enough that you may have to use your creativity in problem solving daily.
