      Pros

      My immediate team colleague’s where great to work with and kind people.

      Cons

      Favouritism amongst SLT, Unprofessional behaviours, gossip of directors sleeping with directors, lost sight of governance and the importance of patient safety. Poor culture. No incentives or bonus. Lack of knowledgeable Leadership post USA equity firm buy out.

      Pros

      The only pro I can think of are the salaries but that’s it.

      Cons

      Racism. Inexperienced management. Oblivious/gullible CEO. Favouritism. Expectations too high when no support/training has been provided. Heavy blame culture. Good feedback/work is never celebrated or praised. Management are hyper fixated on everyone else’s shortcomings just to hide their lack of knowledge.
