      Pros

      I've been working at 1Huddle for several years now and it's been outstanding. The team is very hardworking, helpful, and all share the same vision. The opportunity is tremendous, given the clients and knowledge from leadership, and you will learn a lot very quickly. I was a completely different person before joining the team, now I feel like I'm ready for anything.

      Cons

      Be ready for a fast-moving environment with a lot of responsibility, which shouldn't be a problem if you bring your A game & come ready to grow and get better.

      Pros

      I remember one of our last team meetings in office before we transitioned into working remote. Sam brought us all into a conference room & gave us a choice...either lean in or pull away. Without hesitation, we leaned in, & we did it together. At that point we knew things would be different. Working remote was definitely new to me, & I didn't know how it would impact my role in sales. I doubled down, was able to launch with a non-profit foundation that I've been following for years, brought some great brands into our pipeline & feel very connected with our team. I truly believe in our mission & stand by what we're doing. We've accomplished some powerful initiatives over the last couple of weeks & I know there's more to come. Proud of our team.

      Cons

      Everyone keeps it real. Not really a con.
