Constantly changing directives (I heard someone describe it as "you get told one thing Monday, a different thing Tuesday, a third thing Wednesday, then get yelled at Thursday for not doing it some other way.")
Insurance covers almost nothing that's in between "general annual checkup" and "admitted to the hospital for at least a day." 0 dental or vision care.
Three of the top managers are giant stress sponges and it affects how they interact with the employees, either in choice of words, volume, or both.
Sometimes there will be shifts in how the entire company operates with little to no prompting; other times change is begged for but denied or ignored.
You get told how good things are going, then suddenly we're way behind, but we're actually good, hey here's holiday bonuses, oh wait no we have to let go of several people.
