Pros
Good people to work with except management, but most have left now and those still working are over-loaded and not given adequate information to do their jobs efficiently.
Cons
Lower than average salaries because more concerned with making money for the shareholders and CEOs. All about the sale of the software and forget about the customer once it's purchased! Management asks for feedback and does nothing with it.
