Business Outlook
Pros
The employees are really smart and engaged, they make coming to work enjoyable. Great work/life balance. The software being developed is really very useful, with applications to any number of industries, government, etc.
Cons
It's a company that's growing, so there are challenges, with changing procedures, processes, communication, normal things really. The different business units have been silos of information and process with little interaction between, but I think this is changing.
