Pros
-Fully remote - never have to leave the house -Unlimited vacation (though taking vacation is frowned upon) -Great product -Most people below upper management are great to work with -100% employer paid benefits -Most employees live in the Ottawa/Gatineau area so lots of opportunities to meet -up with fellow co-workers for company events and what not - respecting all Covid related rules
Cons
-Lacking vision - too much talk of the future and not enough talk on focusing on the now. -Lacking empathy - people are a bit greedy in this company and see you as a $ -Lacking true leadership - The focus is all over the place and there’s no real long term plan in place -Bad decision making -Micromanagement -no work/life balance -It’s still in start-up mode but that shouldn’t be an excuse
