Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences at 23rd Group. It is always difficult to hear negative feedback from former employees – however we are working every day to improve in alignment with the Company’s growth. Recently we expanded our training programs to ensure employees are better positioned to manage workload and are better prepared for their position. We are expanding our benefit offerings, including time off, to provide more work/life balance. Wellness programming, increased employee recognition, and more employee-focused events are big initiatives as we move into 2019.
