Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experiences at 23rd Group. It is always difficult to hear negative feedback from former employees – however we are working every day to improve in alignment with the Company’s growth. Recently we expanded our training programs to ensure employees are better positioned to manage workload and are better prepared for their position. We are expanding our benefit offerings, including time off, to provide more work/life balance. Wellness programming, increased employee recognition, and more employee-focused events are big initiatives as we move into 2019. We are committed to doing everything we can to ensure our employees are engaged, excited, and motivated about coming to work!

Pros

They want you to succeed. Training is fast paced.

Cons

Hard to meet bonus amounts. Your work during your first 6 months is training while you work with someone who’s been there awhile. They get the bonus for the work you complete. So you’re someone’s right hand man and never get to see a penny of their bonus as you train. Need to be there more than a year for to earn a bonus based on time. They lowball you with an offer and talk highly of the bonus but you’ll be waiting at least 15 months for your first.
