Not a pleasant place to work - Gas service and breakdown engineer 24|7 Home Rescue Employee Review

Pros

The pay is good and the equipment

Cons

They expect you to sell boilers at every property you go to by having a 'chat' with the customer. If management don't like you they'll make things up to get rid of you

Pros

+ Fantastic work culture + Help is always available from colleagues + Considerate about your situation (if you have children, they'll allow you to leave earlier). + Work from home positions available + Initial training doesn't last long, meaning you get to dive into to work very easily + Encouraged to do things your way + Prayer room available for Muslim brothers & sisters + You'll get along with everyone in the office very well + Business casual dress code. Get to dress real nice in this company. + Fridays = wear your own outfits + Water refill station available + The nice sight of the director's cars is motivating (everyone drives nice cars, so if you don't have a car, you can see what you'll have in under a year of working here) + Climbing up the ladder is highly encouraged if you're aiming to go higher

Cons

- As standard with 9-5/10-6 jobs, you'll need to tighten up your personal schedule to have enough rest to work the next day. Can be a little difficult to do. Not a con of this company specifically, but a con of 9-5 jobs in general.
