Pros

24 Data, Inc. is a company that puts the employee first and always makes sure you have everything you need to do your job well. Not only that, but the work you do will never go unnoticed. I started with the company nearly 4 years ago as a content writer and now I am the head of my department. Other pros to working for 24 Data: - Working from home - Paid time off - Health benefits - Virtually zero micromanagement - Opportunity to move up - Regular company luncheons - Annual pay increases (based on a performance review)

Cons

A few cons would be: - Working strictly from home means it gets quiet/lonely. - Teamwork is more difficult in a virtual office environment - No 401k

Our team culture is something we truly value, and it’s wonderful to know that you felt a sense of camaraderie during your time with us. Regarding flexibility and work-life balance, while we strive to create a supportive and structured environment, our scheduling is primarily determined by the needs of our client. Nonetheless leadership consistently encourages a healthy work-life balance for all members of staff. You get to work remote. That's it.

Cons

The management is horrible and benefits are non-existent and don't match up with other modern companies.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate all reviews, as they give us an opportunity to reflect and continue improving. While we are a fully remote company, we would like to clarify that the statement regarding “non-existent benefits” does not accurately reflect our structure. Our employees receive a wide array of offered benefits including but not limited to PTO, paid holidays (including additional holidays not traditionally offered by many employers), and monetary recognition through our internal rewards program, along with other established perks that have been in place for years. We regularly review our benefits and policies to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with the needs of our team. From a management and culture standpoint, we prioritize open communication and transparency. We conduct regular morale and “temperature” checks, encourage direct feedback, and maintain open lines of communication across teams and leadership. Over the past year, we’ve also experienced strong morale, collaborative working relationships, and the most stable and successful team in company history, with a fully staffed team that has remained consistent for over a year. That said, we understand that individual experiences can vary, and we take concerns seriously. We encourage current team members to raise feedback directly so we can address issues in real time and continue building a positive, supportive work environment.
