If you are competent and devoted, you can get promoted to administration and become part of an extraordinary team. Ex-employees who complain about the service and its staff are annoyed because they were fired, which means they were not only incompetent but proved they could not do better when given a chance. If you are incompetent and can’t improve, they will get rid of you for sure.
