      Pros

      They respond d quickly to your resume and they hire just about anybody

      Cons

      Very nontraditional work schedule. You cannot schedule anything for any day during the week because they may call at any time day or night. Very sporadic work. Work may last 1 day or 6 months. Once an assignment ends you may not hear from them for 3 weeks.

      It was a different learning experience at every company I was sent to.

      It would be great if they offered tuition reimbursement.

      Pros

      2AM supplies all the tools you need to succeed and sets you up for success. They screen each employee to assure the customer has the very best motivated employees to meet any need they might have.

      Cons

      They are a customer driven company, which is great but has its obvious downside of possibly long hours and 24/7 support to assure needs are met.
