Pros
There are a lot of passionate co-workers at 2Checkout. And most of your peers are very supportive for both your career and what's best for the company. The company has a great balance between corporate stability and a small business culture. 2Checkout offers a really cool product that has a lot of potential, just needs some polish. With the smaller scale of the business, there is a lot of opportunity for you to grow with that development. Having been here for 4+ years, I've had the opportunity to experience that growth with 2Checkout and it has been a great learning experience. The culture has improved greatly over the past year as new management has been much better at supporting employees. Overall, I'd recommend the company going forward.
Cons
As noted in some of the older reviews on this site, the company has struggled in the past with management and employee morale. It's gone from a very small business, run by "friends" to a more organized corporate structure. But in that transition there has been a lot of struggle between management and the general employees. Thankfully most of that management has left the company and new management seems focused on both the true value of the product, and it's hard working employees.
Employee compensation is kind of all over the place in the company. As a whole, I'd say it still underpays a bit, but that's not to say you can't negotiate the right salary for you.
