-F2F service delivery was promised during interview process, but never eventuated (more than 6 months later). -Highly inappropriate comments made by management to workers. -Shared office space did not align with confidentiality and privacy as calls could be heard from rooms next door which were occupied by other organisations. -New workers being paid significantly less than other workers despite having the exact same tasks and duties. -No supervision (both internal and external) provided at all

Management culture created a situation of watching your back with too many dramas and issues which adversely affected the careers of various employees in a negative way. Also the political situation in Bahrain was wrongly interpreted by the then CEO in 2011 as a way to exploit more business. This actually cause the company to temporarily lose all its telecommunications licenses. The licenses were restored by the TRA only after intervention by Saudi influences. The fundamental reason for those events to unfold causing the loss of the licensing, I believe, is still there and therefore anyone looking to work for 2Connect needs to be very careful and ask the correct questions before making a commitment.
