Pros

During my employement, the company was filled with the most amazing co-workers who all aspire to grow the company to become something bigger. Almost everyone at the company was open for criticism, willing to grow (with some exception), and passionately hardworking. Every single person in the team wasn't just satisfied with the bare minimum, they wanted to go beyond. So it was the perfect place to gain experience, sharpen your skill, and become better.

Cons

The management are untrained to contain such people. While every person in the company was willing to grow, none actually have management experience, including the CEO. Once the employee started to become independent and are actually skillful in their job, it feels like the upper management panic and try their best to surpress this growth. From a personal standpoint, there is a serious power struggle between the CEO who wants to be very much hands-on, and employees who are trying to do their job to the best of their ability. Especially when the company structure was finally established and the CEO himself have to go through middle management to address low-level tasks. There is also the matter of time management and perspective on priority problem. While the employees does have a tendency to go beyond, the reaction from upper management was not appreciation, but expectation. There is a paycut when employees are late, and no overtime fee. Most days, the team goes home at 10PM. And if there's a personal project from the CEO that has somehow slither their way to the timeslot, then don't expect to go home before 1AM. All of these were EXPECTED, and continued to become the standard operational procedure for the employees. I urge all upper level management people to practice having a life beyond work, so that they understand the value of such time. The lack of experience, and control issues prevents the company to grow to its full potential. And as long these issues are not addressed, I believe that the company has no chance to become bigger.

Pros

The trainings for 3D modeling and rendering are really great. Digital assets and premium software are provided.

Cons

Very tentative and very long working hour, even during weekends, so, if you are looking for a work-life balanced environment, this company is definitely not the choice. Because any idea to make a work-life balance working culture in this company will be opposed by the CEO. The CEO has a serious anger issue, dishonest, and subjectively judged the employees' working performance, and tends to get angry if the work output is slightly under his expectation. There is no additional fee for overtime work, and also the workload is imbalanced with the monthly wage. It is often very confusing to adjust the work output with the standard that the CEO has set because most of the times, double standards occurred. The CEO also has tendency to micro-managed his employees, making the room for any movement or even improvement really small. The senior level employee also tends to belittle Gen-Z employees without clear evidence before giving bad statements about them. So, if you are Gen-Z it might not be wise to apply for this company.

Pros

This company provides a great opportunity for personal and professional growth. Naturally, running a business comes with its ups and downs—dynamics that are to be expected. It's important not to view things from just one perspective. Many people tend to complain, but this is the reality of the creative industry. If you're not productive throughout the day, it's a loss for the company too. As for unpaid overtime, this has been the norm in the creative industry. What needs to be highlighted is that if someone works slowly or inefficiently, it’s not entirely the company’s fault. In 2024, the system and production management were revamped, with the CEO taking a hands-on approach that has led to many positive changes. The current CEO is highly involved, often working late into the night—a stark contrast to the previous CEO, who appeared disengaged, dont really care for the training, and also contributed to rapid system damage and quality decline. Employees now feel more acknowledged and find it easier to discuss issues with management It’s true that the current CEO can be emotional, but not without reason. What people often don’t see is that the CEO has given multiple chances to employees, but when those chances are repeatedly ignored, it’s understandable that a stricter attitude follows. Moreover, the company provides training, sometimes disguising it as real projects to help employees develop their skills more quickly and stay motivated. This reflects the company's commitment to team development and its effort to ensure everyone grows together.

Cons

High Expectations with Tight Deadlines The company sets high expectations and often operates on tight deadlines, which can be stressful, for employees who are still learning or adjusting to the fast-paced environment. Pressure on Productivity Employees are expected to stay productive at all times. Those who work slower or struggle to meet expectations may feel blamed, which could impact morale and confidence. Frequent System and Management Changes Although recent changes have brought positive outcomes, frequent shifts in systems and management styles can be unsettling for employees, especially those who prefer stability.
