Pros
Salary is good for normal level developer, but if you are a talented one, obvious it is not enough. bonus will the at least one month. Coffee machine, monthly team building activity and birthday snacks......etc. The benefit of this company can attract some good developers, but the working environment is really a big minus. co-workers are nice !
Cons
Almost all the talented managers left. What left in the company are useless managers, who are busy playing power games. They won’t give you any useful advices. The manager only use his own men, playing power games without the willingness to finish the project. The project schedule is very tight and unreasonable. If you estimate it needs 10 days, the manager will automatically change it to 3 days. No promotion for talented developers only for whom flatter. Someone works here for 4 years plus, dedicating to the project with very positive feedback but without any promotions. No internet access. Hilarious working environment. Imagine developers without internet access ? Monitoring system is crazy. Boring project. Can learn nothing. Using very old and obsolete technology. The code is basically a chaos. Overall, work here is just waste of time. It won't be helpful for your career at all. Within a year 50% plus people left already.
