      Pros

      The transparency within the company is incredible - as clear as Vantablack coatings The paucity of support and guidance - the amount of light escaping a Black Hole is far more plentiful. The inscrutability of leadership down to the ranks of so called management is impressive. Who am I kidding there is no management just a couple of spineless figure heads incapable of decision operating under direction of a self proclaimed Draconian leader

      The pay was mediocre Management is nonexistent and cannot make decisions without consulting the pompous egotistical gas bag that runs the fiefdom. The insurance..lol well you would be better off driving to Canada

      Pros

      From the first interview, I felt comfortable just being myself instead of trying to impress anyone. That same genuine vibe carried through my time there. It was great seeing the company grow while keeping a close-knit, team-oriented feel. Leadership was approachable, hands-on, and always willing to help. I felt trusted to do my job without being micromanaged, which made work really enjoyable. Overall, a positive experience with great people and a culture that truly values collaboration.

      Cons

      Insurance for “Family” was a little expensive but that seemed to be getting better as the company grew. The “single” insurance was good.
