Pros

The company at the hardware end in great, but the call center environment needs a major overhaul.

Cons

2Wire is in the dark ages when it comes to designing and delivering effective training. Most of the technical support agents have a very poor understanding of the products they support. The training has been dumbed down due to upper management not listening to the very people who deliver the support. At the top, the training department needs a major overhaul of personnel. There are some great ideas on how to deliver better training, but they are discarded as soon as they are heard.
