Pros
Working with people of different ages, all driven towards succeeding. Training when starting so you quickly improve the skills you go in with and after a few months I felt like I've grown more than I have for the past two years. My team was amazing and it never felt like going to work, more like going home. There was a clear reevaluation schedule and regular meetings to discuss progress and any issues. Loved working there!
Cons
The only one I can think of is the location, since without a car you basically have a couple of busses that if you miss you'll just be late. But if that ever happened it was always met with understanding.
