You are in charge of your own schedule and not micro-managed. Billing requirements are easy to meet. Assigned case loads are reasonable.

Management team not always cohesive. Need to train employees better regarding meeting all the paperwork requirements. I was paid for a 40 hour week, but usually put in an extra 5 - 10 hrs. per week to complete paper work.

Management works with the community to attempt to best serve the individuals struggling with mental illness. They allow their employees a lot of individual freedom to make their own schedule.

This job is highly stressful. The company offers little in the ways of training outside of training you on their equipment. The pay is low for job compared to other agencies.
