      Pros

      The therapist were great to work with, the management provided lots of on going training and would always offer help and support if you needed with your client. Also had great team bonding activities! The owners are very friendly and take care and value their employees.

      I’m so happy I’m with all the support I received during my time here, not only support but my client and their family was amazing. I also got the opportunity to learn and obtain a wealth of information to help me grow into my clinicals

      Overall I enjoyed my time here. I would appreciate an opportunity to choose my hours!

      The coworkers are friendly, and the clients are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management appears to prioritize revenue over staff and client well-being. The facility conditions are poor, with broken floorboards temporarily held together with duct tape. In addition, the 'aftercare' program places multiple clients with a single RBT, which is inappropriate for ABA services and raises serious compliance concerns."
