There are honestly no real cons, The only slight negative component was the speed to implement ideas that could benefit the company and allow more consistency., however, the ongoing continuous improvement will always been a first priority.

Although I found it a great place to work, company has had high turnover. If you find a "good fit" for yourself then it works. Some people have also been there a long time. You need to see yourself as an "independent contractor" you need to bring in your own work from your own contacts a lot of times. It is great for some and not for others.
