      Pros

      free food, we had weekly or so beer nights, a lot of the people there were nice people, lots of snacks

      Cons

      toxic work environment, inept management that would get drunk and rap in front of clients, completely embarrassing to work under those people

      Pros

      Free bagle in the morning. Great co-workers and team.

      Cons

      You get tricked getting work from Charlex before signing the contract. Sweat shop, Clients on you every single day pressuring the producers and designers. Very under-staffed with lots of pressure they work more than 50hrs a week.
