Pros
If somebody wants to work in a very fast paced and challenging working environment in computer science and programming, then this middle-sized company is th eperfect place to be. Business is evolving continuously and the variety of subjects and roles in the IT department is tremendous.
Cons
Because of the fast paced environment, work-life balance plays a secondary role. Not that it is not taken into account from management at all, but there are certain time periods where business has priority. Moreover, since the company is expanding at a tremendous pace as well, the organization is suffering due to the fast transition required between a small and medium sized company.
