Have some flexibility in terms of working from home and office. Average work but learning can be good though not par with other quant firms. Actually not HFT so high performance infrastructure or strategy work like other HFTs. Founders have good knowledge.

Very toxic culture. Zero job security. Firing rate is very high. Founders layoff people without proper justification. This is not a company, but more of partnership business. If they need you, they ll keep you. They will immediately terminate when your job is done. People around are not that great either and founders have created a toxic culture around. Though founders should focus on money, but here founders are extremely money minded and has no employee care.

Company provides Remote working which is the best thing.

Working culture of company is very good.
