The team was largely remote, but overall loved it all. no complaints!

I had the opportunity to work with talented colleagues, contribute to process improvements, and take ownership of meaningful initiatives. The company offers flexibility, paid vacation, and health insurance benefits, depending on the employee’s location. I also appreciated the level of trust from management and the opportunity to influence internal processes. The product itself is interesting and constantly evolving, which creates many opportunities to learn and grow professionally. Responsibility comes quickly, and employees are encouraged to make an impact.

The crypto industry is inherently volatile, which can lead to shifting priorities and periods of increased workload. Teams are often required to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and business needs. The pace can be demanding at times, particularly during periods of heightened market activity. The company also went through significant changes during my time there, which naturally brought additional challenges. However, I found colleagues and managers professional, supportive, and focused on moving forward.
