International and fun team, interesting projects and clients, good location in Rome.
Cons
The owner of the company is regularly yelling at managers and BDRs and is insulting them publicly. There is an atmosphere of stress and fear. You cannot be late even for 2 minutes and need to justify this. Salary well below what BDRs can get while working remotely for an international company. No hybrid/ remote work, it is granted only in exceptional cases. Very high turnover and people are constantly leaving. No company-paid coffee machine, tea or even WATER - you have to buy water all the time or get the tap water.
