The core of our company success is content employees; therefore, if you are a 3Lateral employee, you know that excellent employee experience is essential to our culture and company growth. Consequently, we would appreciate hearing more about things that you are truly satisfied with, but at the same time, what are cons - so we could jointly work on how to improve something you are not pleased with.
We encourage our team members to approach their leads or HR and share their suggestions on what can be done better and what would increase their individual level of contentment in the company.
