3MIT bets on raw talent, and that's its greatest strength and its biggest challenge. As one of those hires, I've seen firsthand how the lack of experienced leadership can sometimes lead to chaotic situations that could have been avoided. We've all grown a lot, but now the company needs to grow too, especially in building the support systems, benefits, and clear policies that make employees feel secure and valued for the long haul.
